Flying Horse is a pioneering energy drink brand that holds a significant place in the Brazilian beverage market as the first energy drink launched in the country. Founded in 1998, the brand quickly established a loyal following by catering to active consumers seeking increased performance and focus. Originally developed and managed by Global Bev, a prominent Brazilian beverage group, the brand was acquired in October 2023 by the British beverage giant Britvic.

Manufacturing of Flying Horse remains centered in Brazil, where it is produced and distributed to serve its core South American market. Under Britvic's ownership, the brand underwent a major visual and strategic repositioning in 2024 with the slogan "Free All Your Versions," aimed at modernizing its image and appealing to a younger, more dynamic generation. In late 2024 and early 2025, Britvic itself became part of the Carlsberg Group, resulting in the formation of Carlsberg Britvic, which now serves as the ultimate owner of the Flying Horse brand.
