Sanativo is an iconic Brazilian pharmaceutical brand founded in 1888 in the state of Pernambuco. Known for its distinct herbal composition based on Piptadenia colubrina, it has been used for generations as a topical antiseptic and healing agent.

The brand was originally created by the pharmaceutical company Sanativo and remained a family-controlled business for over a century. In the late 2010s, the brand was acquired by the Hypera Pharma group (formerly Hypermarcas), which is one of Brazil's largest pharmaceutical companies. The product continues to be manufactured in Brazil, specifically catering to the domestic market where it holds a strong traditional presence in household first-aid kits.
