Aveeno is a renowned skincare brand founded in 1945 in the United States by brothers Albert and Sidney Musher. The brand is famous for its use of finely milled oatmeal, known as colloidal oatmeal, which is recognized for its soothing properties for sensitive and dry skin types.

Aveeno was acquired by the multinational corporation Johnson & Johnson in 1999. Since then, it has expanded its global presence significantly. Following a major corporate restructuring by Johnson & Johnson, the consumer health division – which includes Aveeno – was spun off into an independent company named Kenvue in 2023. Today, Aveeno products are manufactured in multiple locations worldwide, including the United States, Canada, and various sites in Europe and Asia, to serve its international consumer base.
