Castellamare is a traditional Brazilian wine brand produced by Cooperativa Vinícola São João, located in the prominent wine-growing region of Serra Gaúcha in Rio Grande do Sul. Established in 1931, the cooperative was founded by Italian immigrant families who brought viticulture traditions to Brazil.

The product shown is a 5-liter bag-in-box Merlot, a format designed for convenience and maintaining the wine's freshness after opening. The brand is deeply rooted in the cooperative model, where the ownership remains with the local wine producers and farmers who constitute the cooperative. All production, from the harvesting of the grapes to bottling and packaging, takes place primarily in the city of Farroupilha, RS, Brazil.
