Mynthon Icy Effect pastilles

Mynthon is a leading brand of pastilles originally established in Finland. It was first launched by the Finnish company Huhtamäki (under the Leaf brand) in the mid-1970s. The brand is particularly famous across the Nordic and Baltic regions for its refreshing menthol and fruit flavors, marketed for breath freshening and soothing throats.

Today, Mynthon is owned by the Dutch-Swedish confectionery giant Cloetta AB. Following various mergers and acquisitions involving Leaf, Cloetta became the ultimate owner of the brand. While the brand has its roots in Finland, production for many of Cloetta's pastille and candy products has been centralized in European facilities, primarily in Slovakia, to serve the international market.
