Druni is a prominent Spanish retail chain specializing in perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care products. Founded in 1939 in Carlet, Valencia, it evolved from a local family business into one of Spain's leading beauty retailers. The brand offers a wide range of third-party luxury and mass-market brands, alongside its private label products which are manufactured across various European locations.

In a landmark move for the Spanish beauty market, Druni recently merged with the Portuguese retailer Arenal, which was a subsidiary of Modelabs and Sonae. This strategic consolidation was followed by a majority stake acquisition by the MC Group (Sonae). The company now operates under a joint venture structure that combines the retail expertise of the founding Casp family with the industrial and financial scale of international retail groups, aiming to dominate the Iberian beauty market.
