The production continues to be centered in Feldbach, Austria, where the company maintains a high-tech manufacturing facility. In 1985, the brand was acquired by Kelly Ges.m.b.H., which is Austria's leading snack producer. Currently, Kelly is part of the larger European snack group Intersnack.

Ownership of the brand resides with the Intersnack Group, a German-headquartered company that is one of the leading manufacturers of savory snacks in Europe. While the parent company is German, Soletti maintains its strong Austrian identity and local manufacturing roots.
