Panda Pepe licorice

Panda Pepe is a well-known brand of liquorice produced by the Finnish confectionery company Panda. Founded in 1920 in Vaajakoski, Finland, Panda has become famous for its soft liquorice products. The Pepe line is particularly distinctive for its long liquorice bars. Manufacturing still primarily takes place at the historic factory in Vaajakoski.

Today, the brand is owned by Orkla, a leading Norwegian conglomerate that acquired Panda in 2005. Orkla manages the brand through its Orkla Confectionery & Snacks division, maintaining its traditional Finnish roots while distributing the product across the Nordic region and internationally.
