Taffel Havsalt & Osteknas potato chips

Taffel is a historic snack brand with deep roots in the Nordic region. Originally established in Denmark in 1959 by Dansk Taffel Corn & Stivelsesfabrik (later known as De Danske Spritfabrikker), it was the first company to produce potato chips in Denmark.

The brand is currently owned by Orkla, a leading Norwegian industrial conglomerate. While Taffel is a dominant brand in Finland and Denmark, production is spread across Orkla's regional facilities, with a primary production site for the Danish market located in Nordfyn, Denmark. The brand has evolved from a local potato chip pioneer into a cornerstone of Orkla's Confectionery & Snacks portfolio.
