Tivoli Audio is a renowned American luxury audio brand founded in 2000 by Tom DeVesto and the legendary audio engineer Henry Kloss. The company gained international fame for producing high-fidelity audio equipment with a signature mid-century modern aesthetic, most notably the Model One radio, which is celebrated for its exceptional sound quality and minimalist wooden design.

While the brand was originally established in Boston, Massachusetts, and continues to maintain its design and engineering roots in the United States, its manufacturing operations are primarily centered in China to meet global demand. This allows the brand to maintain its high standards of craftsmanship while reaching a worldwide consumer base interested in premium radio and Bluetooth speaker technology.

In terms of ownership, Tivoli Audio was acquired by Serruya Private Equity (SPE) in 2015. Under the stewardship of the Serruya family, a Canadian-based private equity firm, the brand has expanded its product line to include modern wireless streaming systems and portable audio solutions, while retaining the classic analog appeal that originally defined the company. Today, it remains a subsidiary within the Serruya portfolio, headquartered in Boston.
