The brand was originally created by the Pescamar company in Poio, Pontevedra. Today, Pescamar is part of the Garavilla Group, a prominent Spanish conglomerate in the fishing and canning sector.

The Agujas (garfish) shown in the image are processed and canned in Spain, utilizing traditional preservation methods in oil. The brand focuses on high-protein, heart-healthy seafood options.
