Lacasa is a prestigious Spanish confectionery brand with a history dating back to 1852 when it was founded by Antonio Lacasa in Jaca, Huesca. Over more than 150 years, the family-led company has grown from a local chocolate producer into one of the leading confectionery groups in Spain, famous for products like its chocolate bars, truffles, and the globally recognized 'Lacasitos' and 'Conguitos'.
Today, the brand remains under the stewardship of the Lacasa family through Grupo Lacasa. While the company has expanded its footprint through acquisitions—including the purchase of the Conguitos brand in the 1980s—it maintains its manufacturing heart in Spain. Production is primarily concentrated in their facilities in Utebo (Zaragoza), Quintanar de la Orden, and Oviedo, ensuring the traditional quality and heritage of the brand are preserved for the international market.
