Que Pasa is a premium brand of organic tortilla chips and salsas that originated in British Columbia, Canada. Founded in 1983 by Joe and Enid-Gaia Albo, the brand was initially a small Mexican deli in Vancouver before moving into manufacturing stone-ground organic corn products. The brand became known for its authentic production process using lava stone grinders to produce high-quality masa for its tortilla chips.
In 2012, Que Pasa was acquired by Nature's Path Foods, another family-owned Canadian organic food pioneer. This acquisition allowed the brand to expand its distribution across North America while maintaining its commitment to organic, non-GMO, and gluten-free ingredients. Today, Que Pasa remains a subsidiary of Nature's Path, which continues to operate as a privately held company headquartered in Richmond, British Columbia. The products are primarily manufactured at Nature's Path facilities in Delta, British Columbia.
