Pudliszki is one of Poland's most iconic and historic food brands, with roots dating back to 1920 when Stanisław Fenrych founded the factory in the village of Pudliszki. Initially famous for its high-quality canned vegetables and fruit preserves, it eventually became most recognized for its tomato products, including the tomato paste and ketchup that are staples in Polish households.
Today, the manufacturing remains primarily located in Poland, specifically at the production plant in Pudliszki, ensuring local sourcing of ingredients. Since the late 1990s, the brand has transitioned from a domestic enterprise to a key part of an international portfolio. It is currently owned by the American multinational food giant Kraft Heinz via its European structure, balancing its deep Polish heritage with global corporate standards.
