Equal Exchange Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a fair-trade product sourced directly from small-scale farmers in the West Bank or surrounding Mediterranean regions. The brand was founded in 1986 in the United States by Rink Dickinson, Michael Rozyne, and Jonathan Rosenthal with the mission of building long-term trade partnerships that are economically just and environmentally sound.

Today, the brand remains a worker-owned cooperative based in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Unlike many food brands owned by large conglomerates, Equal Exchange is structured to ensure that its profits are shared among its employees and its farmer partners. The olive oil is typically harvested and pressed in Palestine, supporting local agricultural cooperatives like the Palestine Agricultural Relief Committees (PARC).
