Zelmer is a legendary Polish brand with a history dating back to 1951, originally known for manufacturing vacuum cleaners and high-quality small household appliances in Rzeszów. For decades, it was a household name and a symbol of Polish engineering and durability in Central and Eastern Europe.

Over the years, the brand underwent significant ownership changes. In 2013, it was acquired by the BSH Hausgeräte GmbH (Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group), which eventually phased out local production in Poland. In 2020, the brand was acquired by the Spanish group B&B Trends. Today, while the brand maintains its Polish heritage and identity, the manufacturing of its electronics, including products like the Crystal kettle, is primarily outsourced to production facilities in China to remain competitive in the global market.
