MAX Frisco Hamburgerbröd

MAX Frisco hamburger buns are a popular Swedish bakery product developed through a unique collaboration between the Swedish fast-food chain MAX Burgers and the bakery company Korvbrödsbagarn. Originally created to provide a premium bun for MAX's restaurant menu, the Frisco bun was eventually released to the retail market for consumers to purchase in grocery stores. Produced in Sweden by Korvbrödsbagarn, the product is part of a larger industrial baking heritage in the country. The brand MAX remains family-owned by the Bergfors family through their company Max Burgers AB, while the manufacturing partner Korvbrödsbagarn is owned by Lantmännen Unibake, a major cooperative owned by Swedish farmers.
