Gille is a renowned Swedish bakery brand dating back to 1967, originating in Örkelljunga, Skåne. The brand is most famous for its classic double chocolate wafers and traditional oat cookies, which have become staples in Swedish 'fika' culture.

Today, Gille remains rooted in its Swedish heritage, with production centered at two main bakeries in Sweden: Örkelljunga and Åsljunga. While the brand started as a family business known as Continental Bakeries, it has grown through international acquisition into a global export brand. It is currently owned by the Continental Bakeries group, which was acquired by biscuit giant Biscuit International in 2022, forming one of Europe's leading private label and branded biscuit manufacturers.
