Penderyn Welsh Whisky

Penderyn is the signature brand of The Welsh Whisky Company, marking the revival of whisky distilling in Wales after a century-long hiatus. Launched in 2004, the whisky is distilled in the village of Penderyn in the Brecon Beacons National Park.

In 2023, the brand was acquired by the French spirits group Pernod Ricard. While the production remains deeply rooted in its Welsh origin using unique copper pot stills, the brand now benefits from the global distribution network of one of the world's largest wine and spirits companies. The manufacturing continues to take place at the Penderyn Distillery in Wales.
