Cottee's is a historic Australian brand that has been a staple in households since its founding in 1927. Originally established by Spencer Cottee in New South Wales as a dairy and jam business, it evolved into a leader in the cordial and fruit juice market, particularly famous for its 'Coola' lime and raspberry varieties.

Today, the brand is owned by Asahi Beverages, the Australian and New Zealand arm of the Japanese multinational Asahi Group Holdings. Despite its international ownership, Cottee's maintains a strong local footprint, with many of its products, including the iconic cordials, being manufactured in Australia to serve the domestic market. The brand continues to operate under the Asahi Beverages umbrella following a series of corporate acquisitions involving Cadbury Schweppes and later Schweppes Australia.
