Arnott's Jatz is an iconic Australian snack brand that has been a household staple for decades. Originally launched by the Arnott's Biscuits company, which was founded by William Arnott in 1865, Jatz is marketed as 'The Classic Aussie Cracker'. These oven-baked savoury biscuits are predominantly manufactured in Australia, with major production facilities located in Huntingwood (NSW), Virginia (QLD), and Marleston (SA).

While the brand holds deep Australian heritage, its ownership has transitioned over the years through international acquisitions. After being owned by the American conglomerate Campbell Soup Company for several years, Arnott's was sold in 2019. It is now owned by the American investment firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR), through its entity, The Arnott's Group. Despite this foreign ownership, the company maintains its headquarters and significant production operations within Australia.
