Superior is a historic Mexican beer brand, originally brewed in the Cervecería Moctezuma in Orizaba, Veracruz. Founded in 1896, it has long been celebrated for its traditional lager flavor profile, often associated with its golden emblem and heritage branding. The brand carries a legacy of excellence, having won a gold medal at the 1900 Paris World Expo.

Today, the brand is owned by the HEINEKEN Group following their acquisition of Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma in 2010. While its market presence is strongest in Mexico, it remains a symbol of Mexican brewing history.
