Ba&sh is a renowned French fashion house founded in 2003 by childhood friends Barbara Boccara and Sharon Krief. The brand was born out of a desire to create an 'ideal wardrobe' of effortless yet elegant bohemian-inspired clothing for women. Over the years, Ba&sh has evolved into a global contemporary fashion powerhouse, characterized by its feminine prints, flowing silhouettes, and high-end positioning in the accessible luxury market.

While the creative heart and brand identity remain deeply rooted in Paris, the manufacturing process is global. A significant portion of production occurs in China, while high-quality textiles and specific garment types are manufactured in Portugal, Morocco, and France. The brand has prioritized expanding its international footprint, shifting from a local Parisian boutique model to a presence in major fashion hubs across North America, Europe, and Asia.

In terms of ownership, the brand saw a major shift in 2015 when L Catterton and Groupe Arnault (the family office of Bernard Arnault) acquired a 50% stake to accelerate international expansion. In 2022, the French investment firm HLD acquired a majority stake in the company from L Catterton, marking a new chapter of growth for the brand. Today, Ba&sh continues to operate as a leading label in the global premium fashion sector under the stewardship of HLD and its founding partners.
