Red Stripe Lager Beer

Red Stripe is a world-renowned lager originally created in Jamaica. Founded in 1928, the brand has grown into a cultural icon of the Caribbean. While production began exclusively in Kingston, Jamaica, global demand has led to manufacturing in multiple locations across Europe and North America through licensing agreements.

In 2015, the brand was acquired by the Dutch brewing giant Heineken N.V. from Diageo. Heineken currently oversees the brand's global strategy and distribution. In many European and Nordic markets like Sweden, the product is distributed through Heineken's vast regional network of subsidiaries.
