Espressif ESP32 Microcontroller

The ESP32 is a low-cost, low-power system on a chip series with integrated Wi-Fi and dual-mode Bluetooth. It was developed by Espressif Systems, a company based in Shanghai, China. Manufacturing of the actual silicon chips is primarily handled by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) using their 40nm process. The final packaging and module assembly typically take place in China. The brand is managed and owned by Espressif Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., which is a public company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market. It remains an independent entity leading the way in affordable wireless communication hardware.
