St-Hubert is an iconic Canadian culinary brand that began as a rotisserie restaurant on Saint-Hubert Street in Montreal in 1951. Over the decades, it evolved from a local favorite into a major food processing and restaurant chain, famous for its roasted chicken and signature BBQ sauce. In 2016, the brand underwent a significant ownership change when it was acquired by the Ontario-based food giant Recipe Unlimited (formerly Cara Operations).
