Pizza Salvatore is a prominent Canadian pizza chain that began its journey in 1982 in Saint-Georges, Beauce, Quebec. Founded by Salvatore Abbatiello, the brand has grown significantly across the province of Quebec and into the Maritimes, establishing a strong reputation for its 'all-you-can-eat' buffet concept and delivery services. Unlike many large international franchises that undergo numerous ownership changes, Pizza Salvatore remains a family-owned enterprise.

Starting in 2018, the management of the company was transitioned to the second and third generation of the Abbatiello family. Five siblings—Guillaume, Elisabeth, Katarina, Ludovic, and Felicia—now drive the brand's expansion and operational strategy. As of 2024 and looking toward 2026, the brand remains firmly under the control of Groupe Salvatore, maintaining its roots as a local Quebec business while expanding its footprint across Eastern Canada.
