This facility was established to streamline logistics and reduce environmental impact. The brand was acquired by The Coca-Cola Company in stages, becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2013. Today, it operates as part of Coca-Cola’s global portfolio while maintaining its distinct brand identity and head office in London.
