Rotkraft is an organic lager produced by Remmarlöv Gårdsbryggeri, a craft brewery located in Eslöv, Sweden. The brand is deeply rooted in the Swedish agricultural tradition, often utilizing heritage grains (kulturspannmål) and local ingredients.

The brewery was founded in 2014 by Håkan Nilsson on the family farm, Remmarlöv Gård. Since its inception, the brewery has maintained its independence, with ownership remaining within the family through the company Remmarlöv Gårdsbryggeri AB. The entire production process, from recipe development to canning, takes place at their facility in Scania, Sweden.
