Braustern is a Swiss beer produced through a collaboration between Brauwerk St. Gallen and Brauerei Schützengarten. Founded in 1779 in St. Gallen, Schützengarten is recognized as the oldest brewery in Switzerland and remains an independent, family-owned establishment to this day.
