Heinz 57 Tomato Ketchup

Heinz is one of the world's most iconic food brands, founded by Henry J. Heinz in 1869 in Sharpsburg, Pennsylvania. While the company initially launched with bottled horseradish, the famous 'Heinz 57' varieties slogan was introduced later, even though the company produced more than 60 products at the time. The brand became globally synonymous with tomato ketchup and thick sauces.

Today, Heinz products are manufactured in dozens of facilities worldwide to meet local demand, with major production hubs in the United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, and Canada. In 2015, the H.J. Heinz Company merged with Kraft Foods Group, forming The Kraft Heinz Company. This mega-merger was backed by Berkshire Hathaway and 3G Capital, creating one of the largest food and beverage organizations in the world.
