Finn Crisp Original Knäckebrot

Finn Crisp is a well-known brand of thin crispbread established in 1952 for the Helsinki Summer Olympics to introduce Finnish rye bread culture to the world. It is based on a traditional sourdough recipe and is recognized globally for its high fiber content and healthy attributes. While the brand has deep Finnish heritage and continues to manufacture its products in Finland (at the Kotka bakery), it has undergone ownership changes over the decades. Today, Finn Crisp is part of Lantmännen, a large Swedish agricultural cooperative that acquired the brand via Vaasan Group to expand its portfolio in the grain-based food market.
