In 2018, Honeywell International Inc. spun off its Homes and ADI Global Distribution business into a separate, publicly-traded company called Resideo Technologies, Inc. Under a long-term licensing agreement, Resideo uses the Honeywell Home trademark for its portfolio of residential thermal, comfort, and security solutions.
