Puma footwear

Puma is a renowned global brand that specializes in athletic and casual footwear, apparel, and accessories. Founded in Herzogenaurach, Germany, by Rudolf Dassler in 1948 following a split from his brother Adolf (who founded Adidas), Puma has grown into one of the world's leading sports brands.

Today, Puma SE is a publicly traded company on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. For a significant period, it was owned by the French luxury group Kering, but Kering has since spun off most of its stake, leaving Puma as a primarily independent entity with Artémis (the investment vehicle of the Pinault family) as a major shareholder. Manufacturing is decentralized to maintain global reach, with products being made in various countries across Asia and Europe including Vietnam, China, and Cambodia.
