Gram major appliances

Gram is a historic Danish brand that originated in the small town of Vojens, Denmark. Founded by Hans Gram in 1901, the company initially produced machines for dairies and slaughterhouses before evolving into a major manufacturer of household and industrial refrigeration equipment. For decades, Gram was a symbol of Danish industrial quality.

Today, the brand no longer manufactures its products in Denmark. Since 2008, the brand has been under the ownership of the Polish conglomerate Amica S.A. Most Gram-branded appliances are now manufactured in Poland or through third-party partners in Turkey and China. Despite the change in ownership, the brand remains heavily focused on the Nordic market, maintaining a corporate presence in Denmark to handle distribution and product design tailored to Scandinavian preferences.
