The Kia Ceed (originally styled as cee'd) is a compact car produced by the South Korean manufacturer Kia specifically for the European market. Launched in 2006, the model was designed in Frankfurt, Germany, to compete directly with European segment leaders. The Ceed was the first Kia model to be designed and built entirely in Europe, marking a significant shift in the brand's strategy to establish a stronger footprint in the Western market.

All generations of the Ceed are manufactured at Kia's state-of-the-art production facility in Žilina, Slovakia. This plant serves as one of the brand's most efficient manufacturing hubs globally.
