However, in late 2023, the brand was acquired by Ferrara Candy Company, which is a subsidiary of the global confectionery giant Ferrero Group.

Manufacturing takes place primarily in the United States at facilities in California and Illinois, as well as in a large production plant in Thailand to serve international markets.
