Dumle is a beloved confectionery brand known primarily for its soft caramel center covered in smooth milk chocolate. The brand's journey began in 1945 in Sweden when Mazetti produced a chocolate-covered hard toffee lollipop. However, it wasn't until 1960 that the name 'Dumle' was officially adopted.
In 1975, the Finnish company Fazer acquired Mazetti, and in the 1980s, the brand evolved into the chocolate-covered soft caramels that are widely popular today. Most Dumle products are manufactured at Fazer's chocolate factory in Vantaa, Finland, ensuring consistent quality and flavor. Fazer remains an independent family-owned company headquartered in Helsinki, maintaining its legacy as a leading food experience company in the Nordic and Baltic regions.
