Tullamore D.E.W. Honey is a blend of world-renowned Tullamore D.E.W. Irish whiskey and natural Bohemian honey. The brand's history dates back to 1829 when the distillery was founded in Tullamore, County Offaly, Ireland. The 'D.E.W.' initials come from Daniel E. Williams, who rose from a stable boy to the manager and eventually owner of the distillery, significantly modernizing the production process in the late 19th century.

While the original distillery closed in 1954, the brand lived on through several ownership changes until it was acquired by William Grant & Sons in 2010. Following this acquisition, a state-of-the-art distillery was built in Tullamore, returning production to its ancestral home in 2014. Today, Tullamore D.E.W. Honey is produced and bottled in Ireland. The ultimate owner, William Grant & Sons, is an independent, family-owned Scottish company that also owns iconic brands like Glenfiddich and Hendrick's Gin.
