In late 2018, the Vivatis Holding Group, one of Austria's largest food and beverage corporations, acquired a majority stake in the company. Today, Deli Dip is fully integrated into the Vivatis portfolio, benefiting from its large-scale distribution and production networks while maintaining its focus on vegan and vegetarian-friendly products produced primarily in Austria.
