Erasco canned stews and soups

Erasco is a long-standing German brand specializing in ready-to-eat canned meals, stews, and soups. The brand has its roots in Lübeck, Germany, where it was founded in the late 19th century and eventually became a household name for convenient home-style meals. Today, most of its products are still manufactured in Germany, particularly at its large production facility in Lübeck.

Since 2002, Erasco has been part of the Campbell Soup Company's portfolio until it was acquired by the Continental Foods group. In 2019, Continental Foods was bought by GB Foods, a Spanish multinational food group. Therefore, while Erasco maintains its traditional German identity and local production, it is ultimately owned by the Barcelona-based GB Foods.
