OGX, originally founded as Organix in 2006, is a prominent American hair care brand known for its signature short, stout bottles and use of exotic ingredients like Argan oil and coconut milk. The brand was created by Todd Christopher under his company, Vogue International, based in Clearwater, Florida. After a successful period of growth, the brand underwent a strategic rebranding from 'Organix' to 'OGX' in 2013 following legal settlements regarding the use of the word 'organic'.

In 2016, the brand reached a major milestone when it was acquired by the multinational conglomerate Johnson & Johnson for approximately $3.3 billion. Following a corporate restructuring in 2023, OGX became part of Kenvue Inc., the independent consumer health company spun off from Johnson & Johnson. As of 2026, Kenvue remains the ultimate owner of the brand, managing its global distribution and marketing efforts.

Manufacturing for OGX products is diversified across several global locations to meet regional demands. Primary production facilities are located in the United States, but the brand is also manufactured in the United Kingdom and various European countries.
