Optimus is a historic dairy brand founded in Italy in 1930. It is renowned for its traditional cheese products, particularly its creamy mascarpone which is a staple in Italian confectionery like Tiramisu. The brand emphasizes the use of 100% Italian milk, maintaining high quality standards through local production processing.

Originally an independent Italian dairy company, Optimus was eventually acquired by the multinational dairy giant Lactalis.
