Winston is a historic brand of cigarettes that originated in the United States in 1954, named after the town of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. It was pioneered by the R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company.

Today, the brand has a split ownership structure. In the United States, it is owned and manufactured by ITG Brands (a subsidiary of Imperial Brands). Internationally, including the Spanish market visible in the packaging, the brand is owned and distributed by Japan Tobacco International (JTI).

Manufacturing for the European market typically takes place in various JTI facilities across the continent or in international hubs. The packaging shown features health warnings in Spanish, indicating it is intended for the Spanish market, where JTI Iberia manages the distribution.
