The brand is famous for using real Sicilian lemons and mineral water from the Fonti di Crodo springs, maintaining a heritage of quality and authentic citrus flavor for nearly a century.

Throughout its history, the brand has changed hands several times. It was previously owned by the Campari Group, but in 2017, it was acquired by the Royal Unibrew Group. Today, the product continues to be manufactured in its historical home of Crodo, located in the Piedmont region of Northern Italy. This allows the brand to maintain its 'Made in Italy' status while benefiting from the global distribution network of its Danish parent company.
