The brand is famous for its traditional production methods, which involve aging raw coffee beans—eight years for Arabica and five years for Robusta—to reduce acidity and caffeine content while enhancing flavor profiles. The roasting process is still performed using vintage equipment powered by rubberwood, ensuring a distinct smoky and rich aroma.
