Bolletje is a classic Dutch brand founded in 1867 by Gerardus Bolletje in Almelo, Netherlands. Originally starting as a small bakery, it has grown into one of the most recognizable biscuit and snack brands in the country, famous for its 'Beschuit' (rusks) and various crackers. Pinda Brinky consists of biscuits filled with peanut cream, often marketed as a high-fiber snack.

The product is manufactured in the Netherlands at Bolletje's dedicated production facilities in Almelo or Heerde. Bolletje remains an independent private company, deeply rooted in its Dutch heritage, and continues to be owned by the Bolletje group, which oversees the production and distribution of its extensive portfolio of baked goods.
