Bjärton was a renowned Swedish musical instrument manufacturer based in Bjärnum, Skåne. Founded in the late 1940s by Sigurd Nilsson, the company became famous for its high-quality acoustic guitars, double basses, and mandolins. During its peak years, Bjärton produced instruments for other famous brands, most notably Hagström, which distributed Bjärton-made acoustic guitars globally. This vintage 'Classic' model is a testament to Swedish luthiery from the mid-20th century.

The factory in Bjärnum was known for its craftsmanship and use of fine woods. While the company ceased production in approximately 1990 due to increased competition from lower-cost manufacturing, the brand remains highly regarded by collectors and musicians.
