Tassoni Cedrata is an iconic Italian sparkling soft drink, widely recognized for its vibrant yellow color and distinctive citrus flavor derived from the 'Cedro' (Citron) fruit. The brand has a deep heritage dating back to 1793 when it began as an apothecary in Salò, on the shores of Lake Garda. The actual soda, Cedrata, was introduced in the 1920s and has since become a symbol of Italian design and summer culture, known for its small, dimpled glass bottle.

Manufacturing remains rooted in Italy, specifically in Salò, ensuring that the traditional methods and local ingredients are preserved. In 2021, the historical family-owned company was acquired by the Lunelli Group, which also owns the famous Ferrari Trento sparkling wine brand. This acquisition aimed to revitalize the brand for the international market while maintaining its premium, craft-oriented identity.
