For instance, the Philips television and audio brand is licensed to TPV Technology, based in Hong Kong, while the Domestic Appliances division (coffee makers, air fryers, etc.) was sold to Hillhouse Investment and now operates as Versuni. Manufacturing occurs globally, with major facilities located in China, Europe, and the Americas to support regional market demands.
